Meadowbrook Lodges - up to 20 guests

Nestled in a peaceful setting just a few miles from Exeter, this collection of Norweigen log cabins can accommodate up to 20 guests across 10 bedrooms. The lodges are positioned close to one another allowing the group to stay connected while still having ample space. Just a short taxi ride away is Exeter’s town centre with a large selection of bars, restaurants, and nightlife - and within the surrounding area there are many beaches, vineyards and countryside walks to explore. The space This listing consists of 5 log cabins situated next door/very close together, to accommodate up to 20 guests in total. Each lodge holds 4 guests, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and its own living room, kitchen, dining space and terrace. It is an ideal setup for large groups. We do accept party, hen and stag bookings providing the request is pre-approved prior to booking. Open plan living space: Two double sofas, coffee table, free view TV, dining table with four chairs, double doors opening out onto the private outside decking Kitchen Full kitchen suite with appliances including oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. Fully equipped with kitchen tableware, cutlery and cooking utensils Master Bedroom: Comfortable king size bed, bed side table storage and wardrobe Master Bedroom En-Suite: Bath, WC , hand basin and heated towel rail Second Bedroom: Two single beds, chest of draws and wardrobe Family Bathroom: Rain shower, WC, hand basin Guest access Guests have use of the entire log cabins and decking privately. This is not an enclosed space so pets will need to be supervised unless you bring your own stair gate to block the open entrance. There is some communal space that can be upon request on a case by case basis depending on the event. Other things to note The log cabin is privately managed, but located on Fingle Glen Golf Course and Hotel. It is listed separately to the hotel, and furnished independently however. Dog Policy: We’re very pet friendly and dogs are always welcome! The only thing we ask is that you let us know before you arrive if you’re bringing a dog, as we need to make sure your booking is set up correctly. There is a £24 fee per dog, per stay, which will be added to your booking.We simply ask that dogs are well behaved, aren’t left alone in the room for long periods, and that owners clean up after them.
