The space The villa is thoughtfully designed across multiple levels, offering spacious interiors and comfortable living for groups and families. On the ground level, guests will find a private gated parking area with space for cars and bikes. A short staircase leads to the main entrance of the villa. The living level features a spacious living room with comfortable seating and a 43-inch Smart TV, making it ideal for relaxing or spending time together. This floor also includes a fully equipped kitchen, a common washroom, and one bedroom with an attached bathroom, convenient for guests who prefer minimal stairs. Moving up, the next level includes a second bedroom with an attached bathroom, which offers direct access to the private swimming pool area — perfect for guests who enjoy easy poolside access. The top floor consists of two additional bedrooms, both with attached bathrooms. These rooms open onto a shared balcony that offers beautiful views of the surrounding greenery and hills, creating a perfect spot to relax and unwind. All rooms are well-maintained, clean, and designed to provide comfort and privacy. The villa also includes essential amenities such as Wi-Fi, 24x7 hot water, power backup, and caretaker assistance to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire villa, ensuring complete privacy throughout their stay. Other things to note The villa is located in a peaceful residential area, so we request guests to maintain decorum and avoid loud music or disturbance, especially during late hours. A refundable security deposit of ₹3,000 is required at the time of check-in and will be returned after checkout, subject to no damages or policy violations. Swimming pool timings are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Guests are requested to follow the timings strictly. Pool usage is at guests’ own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. Outside food and groceries are allowed, and the kitchen can be used for basic cooking. Caretaker is available on-site for assistance, but does not stay inside the villa. Power backup is available for essential usage during outages. Guests are requested to handle the property and amenities responsibly. Any damages will be chargeable. Extra guests beyond booking are not allowed without prior approval. ID proof may be required at the time of check-in as per standard policies. Guests enjoy exclusive use of the entire 4BHK villa and all common areas. For bookings of 1-3 guests, access will be provided to 1 bedroom, with remaining bedrooms kept locked for housekeeping and maintenance.
