Located in the Spina Verde Regional Park, just 15 minutes from Como center and 2 km from "Como Centro" exit of A9 The space The property features a sleeping area on the first floor with an air-conditioned double bedroom and a spacious wardrobe, as well as an independent single bedroom located nearby. The single bedroom does not have air conditioning but has a portable fan.The apartment can accommodate up to 3 guests plus one child under 3 years old, for whom a folding bed is available. On the ground floor, guests will find a bathroom with shower, equipped with a hairdryer and welcome kit, along with an air-conditioned living area. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove top, refrigerator, microwave, automatic espresso coffee machine, and a dishwasher. A large outdoor table shaded by a sun umbrella is available, allowing guests to enjoy meals outside along side the heated swimming pool. Upon returning, guests can relax in the peaceful garden, which offers comfortable sun loungers with soft terry towels and a heated hydromassage spa. Golf enthusiasts can also enjoy a 9-hole synthetic grass putting green, complete with clubs and balls. Good to Know: The apartment has its own private entrance, and the owners live in a separate home on the property. They’re available if you need assistance, but always respect the guests' privacy. The pool and garden are shared with the owners, though they use them sparingly and are happy to coordinate to ensure you have plenty of uninterrupted time to enjoy them. Use of the jacuzzi is private to the guests. Guest access Access to the apartment is available at any time thanks to a personal access code for both the driveway gate and the main entrance. A covered internal parking area ensures maximum safety for your vehicle. Other things to note Upon check-in, a tourist tax of €3 per person (aged 15 and above) per night will be collected, with a maximum duration of 4 nights. Security cameras are located on outside areas for security reasons. There is one security camera that monitors the entrance gate, one that monitors the pool and one that monitors the jacuzzi.
