Farmhouse Platjenwerbe

A 19th century farmhouse surrounded by large oaks with a huge garden awaits you. The property is located on the outskirts of Platjenwerbe in direct proximity to Bremen. From the house, you can look far over green meadows directly into the Auetal recreation area. In summer, there are horses right outside the house with their small foals, which are always happy about a petting session. Lots of peace, privacy and the wide property ensure a holiday feeling from the first moment. The space The thatched-roof house was built in 1874 and has the oldest courtyard in the town of Platjenwerbe. The area on the ground floor is very open. Centrally located is the hall with a dining area made of old Worpswede furniture. In the large living room there is on one side a sofa area, opposite a dining area and in the middle a door to the back garden area. The country house kitchen, located near the dining areas, is the ideal place to indulge in culinary delights. A guest toilet is located in the entrance area at the wind trap. On the upper floor you will find the bedrooms. From the first bedroom you can look directly into the Auetal in front of a lying valley and in the summer months with the window open you can hear the little foals running and playing early in the morning. In this room there is a huge box spring bed (180x220). From the second bedroom you can look into the back garden area on large apple trees. Here is a double bed in the size 180 cm x 200 cm. In the third bedroom there is a box spring bed (140x200); here too you look into the back garden. The cozy bathroom with bathtub leaves nothing to be desired. In our laundry room in the outbuilding you will find a washing machine and drying facilities. Guest access You can move freely in the house and have access to all rooms. Only a utility room on the ground floor and a study on the upper floor remain secret. You can also use the garden area completely. In front of the house there is a terrace on a slope, with a great view of the countryside, here is also a barbecue available for you.
