The house is open and has a lot of glass, the patio is large and has several surfaces, balcony, dining area, sun deck and several seating areas in the sun or shade, outdoor shower and jacuzzi. Bbq & parasol are available. Restaurant Alberts 2 minutes down the hill towards town, as well as local pizzerias a couple of streets away. Outdoor gym and Elljusspår/ski track 5 minutes The space With us, you rent the whole place. The whole house is about 180 square meters spread over two floors. With two entrances. A rough entrance on the lower floor into the laundry room and an upper floor with entrance from the terrace straight into the hall and the open floor plan. Office area is located downstairs. One of the rooms is flexible for children, crib, air mattress, travel bed, etc. Guest access The whole house, the plot, the balcony, the terrace, the lawn, the forest behind, double parking (not the garage) but in case of special requests, this can be done in consultation with us as the landlords. (You do not have access to the electric car charger, as it is connected to a company account) There is a walk-in closet next to the master bedroom that we do not want you to enter/use, hence the door is locked. Other things to note No smoking indoors or outdoors No shoes in the house No furry animals (due to allergies) some dogs are ok, feel free to come back and ask. No party/event as the house is in very nice condition Outside, it should be quiet after 11 pm so the neighbors are not disturbed. Garbage Sorted and disposed of before departure. Leftover food is taken by the guest and not left behind. Brown bin for food waste Green bin for residual waste All other garbage is sorted at the recycling station located at the entrance to the area. It is a private cul-de-sac with only 6 houses, our neighbors will know when guests rent our house We will always make sure to meet you on arrival and/or departure. We may also have staff who come and empty our mailbox down the street.
