Socially private villa with BBQ, Jacuzzi, sauna!

Modern villa with exclusive touch. In a quiet residential area, just 5 minutes down to the water and the city's amenities. Private backyard, quiet dead-end street with lush forest nearby. The house is open with lots of glass; the patio is large and has several areas: a balcony section, dining area, sun deck, and several seating areas in the sun or shade, as well as an outdoor shower, sauna, and Jacuzzi. BBQ & parasol are provided. Resturang Alberts 2 minutes down the hill towards town, as well as local pizzerias a couple of streets away. Outdoor gym o Elljusspår/ski tracks 5 minutes The space With us, you rent the whole place. The entire house is about 180 square meters spread over two floors. With two entrances. A rough entrance on the lower floor into the laundry room and an upper floor with entrance from the balcony straight into the hall and the open floor plan. There are also 3 balcony doors, so the whole house feels open and airy. There is an office area on the first floor and a desk by the kitchen upstairs. 4 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms, but additional mattresses/beds can be provided) The whole house is newly renovated. The kitchen is very sociable and open-plan, and has everything you could wish for in terms of kitchen facilities! There is space for two cars in the driveway, and it is also possible to park along the street. Guest access The entire house, plot, balcony, terrace, lawn, forest behind, double parking (not garage) but if special requests can be done in consultation with us who rent out. (The electric car charger is not allowed to access, as it is connected to a business account) There is a walk in closet next to the master bedroom that we do not want you to enter/use, hence it locks the door. There we keep private stuff. Other things to note No smoking indoors or outdoors No shoes in house No fur animals (due to allergies) some dogs are ok, please come back and ask. No parties/events, as the house is in very good condition. Of course, pleasant evenings outdoors in the sun on the patio, with wine and a BBQ! Outside, it must be quiet after 11 pm so the neighbors are not disturbed. Waste Sorted and disposed of before returning home. Leftover food is brought by the guest and not left. All other (larger) waste is sorted at the recycling station located at the entrance to the area. It is a private back street with only 6 houses, our neighbors will know about when guests rent our house We will always be sure to meet you up upon arrival and/or departure. As well we can have staff coming and empty our mailbox down the street.
