Penver Studio Treen near Porthcurno Minack theatre

Penver studio is a cosy, homely one bedded apartment on the side of our house in the beautiful quaint village of Treen, St Levan. We are just a stones throw from the southwest coast path, leading to Pedn Vounder beach, Penberth cove, Porthcurno and The Minack Theatre. The village has a seasonal cafe and a pub open all year round for food and drinks; The Logan Rock Inn. We live in the other side of the house and are on hand for local tips, recommendations and any questions you may have. The space The cosy studio space comprises of a main room with a sofa, comfy double bed and bedroom furniture. Off to the side is a small kitchen with all the amenities you will need, including a two ring electric hob, a combination microwave, under counter fridge with small freezer drawer, air fryer and slow cooker, along with all the crockery and utensils you will need. There is an en-suite shower room with underfloor heating. All towels and bedding are provided. The studio has its own private entrance and hallway and is accessed through its own private garden area complete with picnic benches and chairs for you to relax and enjoy the stunning valley views. Studio guest benefit from free parking in our gated yard. Guest access The studio is self contained , the kitchen area is small but fully functional with fridge, hob, sink and work tops. The studio has its own shower room for your own private use with lovely towels. For you your own garden/patio area, a small veg garden with seasonal veg, seating and free parking. There is a sloping path leading to the studio and one small doorstep. The rest of the studio is on one level. The key will be left in the door for your arrival and we are usually around. Other things to note We are within walking distance of award winning, world class beaches such as Porthcurno and Pedn Vounder along the Southwest coast path (15 minute walk)The Minack theatre is a 10 minute drive or 30-40 minute walk away. Penberth Cove is just down the valley from the studio and takes only 15 minutes to reach by foot. In the Penzance area (around 20 minute drive)there are gems such as the small fishing villages of Mousehole and Newlyn, St Michaels Mount, The Jubilee Pool and many restaurants and bars.
