Our home is located right next to one of Balat’s iconic hills. However, access to the apartment from the Golden Horn waterfront is flat and without steep inclines, making it easy and convenient to reach. Please note that the apartment is accessed via approximately 12 steps. As a duplex, internal stairs are also required to reach the kitchen and dining area. There is no elevator in the building. There is no private parking in the building; however, if you find an available space, you may park on the street. Alternatively, you can use one of the private paid parking lots within walking distance. Other things to note This one of a kind home is a protected historic building and an important part of Istanbul’s cultural heritage. We kindly ask our guests to respect this unique property and treat it with care. Please kindly note that this property is a licensed tourism residence. In accordance with local regulations, all guests — including children — are required to provide valid identification before check-in for official registration. For security and legal compliance, only registered guests are permitted to stay in the apartment. Inviting additional unregistered visitors is not allowed. In case of any violation, administrative fines imposed by the authorities may be required to be covered by the guests. Guests under the age of 18 cannot stay alone without written consent from their parents or legal guardians. We don’t provide daily cleaning service during your stay.
