Oceanfront Villa Noor – Casa Alba

Located on the beautiful southeastern Caribbean Coast of Costa Rica and within Gandoca-Manzanillo wildlife refuge, Casa Alba is the perfect getaway for a good time with family & friends. The house itself is located within Villa Noor property and has a direct and private access to a magnificent unspoiled beach. Also, Casa Alba sits on 5 acres of tropical garden where you can find giant rainforest trees, a small creek, birds, iguanas, howler monkeys & other wildlife species. Welcome home ! The space Casa Alba (located within Villa Noor) has all the commodities of a modern house while being in the jungle: Wi-Fi, smart TV (Netflix), 2 fully equipped kitchen (one on each floor), hot water, etc. The property has its own private road to get to the sandy almost-deserted beach (just 100 meters - less than 5 min walk). The house has 2 floors (220m2) and can accommodate up to 12 people. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms with single and double size beds, two bathrooms, a spacious open living/dining area with a couch, armchairs, a plasma TV, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stoves, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, pans, cutleries, chinaware, etc. On the second floor, there is one bathroom and 2 more bedrooms: one with a queen + single bed and the other room with a double bed. There is also another small kitchen and a dinning area . You will definitely enjoy the spacious chilled-out terrace with its beautiful tropical garden view. Guest access The entire house, its terraces, the forest around the house, the private path to the beach ... everything ! Other things to note Please read carefully before booking: Location: To locate us on your GPS, please look for Villa Noor Manzanillo. Check-in is at 3pm: If you wish an early check-in, please ask us in advance and we will let you know if it’s possible. Cooking essentials: Oil, salt and pepper are available upon request. Please let us know in advance in case you need some. Toilet paper: Please note that we only provide toilet paper for your arrival. If you need more during your stay, you can buy in nearby stores. Drinkable water: Please note that tap water is potable but only coming from the kitchen faucet. We also sell big bottle of water (5 gallons) in case you need. Washer/dryer: Available for guests use (once a week) only for stays longer than 1 week. Laundry services are available in Manzanillo village. Towels: Bathroom towels can be replaced every 4th night. Please don’t forget to bring your own beach towels. Animals: Please note that we have 2 adorable small dogs and a cat who live on property, with Cindy and Freddy (administrator and her husband). Garbage, compost and recycling: Please use the correct bin accordingly. Rules: It's strictly forbidden to smoke inside the house. Also, no loud noise/music between 9pm and 9am. Please remove the sand on your feet before entering the house. Do not throw toilet paper or anything else in the toilet bowl. Check-out is at 11am. Thank you
