The space Let yourself be seduced by this charming cottage nestled in an authentic farmhouse, in the heart of the countryside. Between exposed stones, old beams and generous volumes, the charm works immediately. Enjoy a quiet setting, an unobstructed view of the fields at the back of the house, and a warm atmosphere ideal for relaxing. The accommodation opens onto a beautiful entrance overlooking a large bright living room, including a fully equipped kitchen open to the living and dining room. You will find a friendly space with TV, as well as a bar area with stools to share good times. You also have wifi and Netflix. The kitchen has everything you need: oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, Senseo, toaster, kettle, as well as appliances for your convivial meals (raclette, fondue). Upstairs, you'll discover a cozy space with a small side living room, two large spacious bedrooms, one of which is very bright, and a bathroom. The charm of the old can also be found upstairs with beautiful beams and warm volumes. The property has two toilets (one on the ground floor and one upstairs) for added comfort. Free parking is available on-site. The longhouse is divided into two parts: we live on site, in an independent part, and the cottage occupies the other, guaranteeing you both tranquility and availability in case of need. Guest access Guests have access to the whole accommodation as well as a private outdoor space located at the back of the house, with land and dedicated area for their meals (barbecue possible). The courtyard and porch are spaces used by the owners, who live in an independent part of the farmhouse. Other things to note Important information: An unsecured pond is located at the rear of the property, so special vigilance is recommended.
