The space Upon entering our home, past the large, massive wooden door, you'll find a cool, breezy entrance porch with exposed brick and stone. The garden, for your use, opens immediately before you, allowing you to gaze at the rolling hills, smell the flowers, hear the buzzing of the bees, and bask in the sun. The external stairs lead to the first floor of the Cascina, where you'll find the following areas: - the shared terrace with a tiled roof, perfect for relaxing, taking a nap, doing crossword puzzles, reading, enjoying a snack, or working remotely - the characteristic balcony that runs along the façade, providing independent access to the rooms - the 3 Cascina Rooms, including Room 3 (the third one entering from the terrace, identified by the number 3 above the door) The Cascina Standard Room, available to you, features a comfortable double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), a quality mattress and sheets, a private bathroom, and a rustic ceiling filled with the scent of wood.
