Aquilae Retreat – private sauna and Nordic bath

Enjoy a private sauna and Nordic bath with a magnificent view of the mountains, hills, and foothills. As a couple, with family, or solo, enjoy an experience that combines comfort, authenticity, and serenity. On-site care, nature, and activities: more than a stay, an experience where every detail is thought out to offer you a real break. The space Refuge Aquilae is an independent accommodation, built entirely by us from wood and stone. Indoor: 60 m². Living room, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, coffee machine). 1 bedroom with a small dressing room. 1 mezzanine sleeping area, perfect for children (can also be used by adults). There is also a sofa bed available. Bathroom with separate toilet and large shower, offering authentic charm. A private sauna is available, included in the rate. Outside; 100 m² privately owned. Located within a one-hectare park and a secluded hamlet. Wooden terrace with picnic table and BBQ. Lawn and Nordic bath with a view of the Puy de Dôme mountains (1 to several sessions included in the price, pro-rated according to the number of nights). Guest access Your place is adjacent to our house. You have a separate entrance and a fully independent living area. Breakfast is available, and for longer stays, supplies are left in your designated mailbox each morning! Other things to note WELLNESS EXPERIENCES BY RESERVATION *2-person getaway (some days on weekdays and weekends) A special experience designed for couples, offered in the late afternoon and early evening. – Two 50-minute wellness massages – Sauna prepared with essential oil diffusion – Glasses of champagne and seasonal fruits in the prepared Nordic bath – Option for a seasonal meal: light, locally inspired dishes in spring and summer / cheese fondue on autumn and winter evenings, accompanied by a regional wine *Wellness treatments – Californian Massage – Reflexology *On-site hairdressing TERMS & CONDITIONS OF STAY Breakfast is included in the rate. Depending on the length of your stay, we provide: milk, coffee beans, tea, eggs, cheese or yogurt, cereals, homemade bread, etc. Supplies are discreetly placed in your mailbox each morning. Linens and towels are provided. Sauna sessions are free and self-service. Nordic bath sessions are free as part of a package (1 to 2 nights: 1 session included / 3 to 6 nights: 2 sessions included / more than 7 nights: 3 sessions included). We take care of all the preparation; all you have to do is enjoy. Pets are welcome (maximum 2), provided they are sociable and well-behaved to ensure a harmonious environment. There are additional charges (€20 for one / €30 for two). The amenities are provided at no extra cost. However, a deposit check for €150, which will not be cashed, will be requested upon arrival and returned during the checkout inventory. Also available: parking, Wi-Fi, barbecue, and a small children's play area.
