The Skagit Loft: a charming guesthouse

The Skagit Loft is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Within a short walk from downtown Burlington, a 10 minute drive to downtown Mount Vernon, 25 minute drive to Anacortes and an hours drive to North Cascade National Park. Whether it's a quick trip into town for a sports tournament or a slow weekend wondering the Tulip fields, it's easy to make this spot your home base as you explore all that Skagit County has to offer. The space Things to note about The Loft: - This is a guesthouse located on our property. It's connected to our garage (not our house) so some low noise may be present as we use the garage. - Because the main sleeping area is a loft, stairs are required. The stairs are not a normal set of stairs, and thus may prove difficult for those with mobility limitations, younger children, or older adults. Owner is not liable for any injuries incurred during stay. - The Loft is located near train tracks, so you can expect some noise as trains pass by. - Trained and house broken pets are welcome but must be on the reservation and with prior permission from the owner. Renter is responsible for any damage caused by pet. Pet fee applied at reservation checkout. - We own a dog, which may be in the backyard which is connected to the side of the guesthouse. - Private outdoor entrance to and from the loft is provided via keypad. - Parking in front of the loft is available for 1 car. Additional street parking is also available. - Items available upon request include: Grill, fire pit, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, high chair, pack n' play. Guest access Access to the entire guesthouse is provided. Access to the backyard adjacent the guesthouse is available upon request.
