FeWo Amsel - in a quiet location - easy to get to the fair

Welcome to our apartment Amsel about 25 km west of Hanover. Geographically, the apartment is located in the spa and holiday resort of Bad Nenndorf, district of Waltringhausen in a scenic location between Deister, Süntel and Steinhuder Meer. From here you can quickly and easily reach the center of the trade fair city of Hanover as well as the campus of the HWK Hanover in Garbsen, the Steinhuder Meer and the Weserbergland by car. The space The apartment, which was completely renovated in 2019, with 38 square meters plus an additional terrace and separate entrance, is fully equipped, harmoniously & tastefully furnished and is available for exclusive use. Our apartment was awarded 3 stars by the DTV on 12/11/2019! The new and fully equipped kitchen offers many possibilities for development, from preparing a meal to a snack. Coffee pod machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and induction stove with oven leave nothing to be desired. Dishes, pots, pans and cutlery are available, as well as spices, flour, sugar, coffee, coffee pads and tea. The new bathroom is equipped with a shower, vanity, toilet, stool and towel radiator and is completed by towels, shower towels, a cosmetic mirror and hairdryer. Of course, toilet paper and hand soap are available as well as disinfectants. In the living area there is a cozy sofa for 2 people. In addition, there is a small work corner with a desk in the living area. Satellite TV, DVD player and radio are of course also available. The sleeping area, equipped with a queen-size bed = 160 x 200 cm, 1 chest of drawers and 1 bench can accommodate up to 2 people. Bedding is of course provided. In the 1st hallway you will find the wardrobe with shoe rack and mirror. In the 2nd hallway there is a 3-door wardrobe. There is also the table and 2 chairs for the terrace. All windows are provided with opaque sliding blinds plus additional external blinds. Guest access Separate entrance to the apartment 5 steps down via the terrace. The apartment has its own parking space on the premises = the 1st parking space to the left of the driveway Other things to note Attention: a guest fee / tourist tax is charged in Bad Nenndorf: 1st person € 2.50 / 2nd Person €2.00 per night. This fee is paid on site!! Children up to the age of 18 and business travelers are exempt. Hannover Messe = quick and easy to reach!! - in 5 minutes on the A2 motorway and travel time from the apartment to the fairgrounds in total: 35 minutes!!
