Guest access Guests have full access to the entire apartment, along with shared access to the beautiful Lakes Resort facilities, including multiple tropical pools and landscaped gardens 🌿 Please note the apartment is located on the second floor and accessed via stairs only (no lift) Other things to note To help you enjoy a smooth and relaxing stay, here are a few helpful details: 🔐 Self Check-In Enjoy a flexible arrival with secure self-check-in. Full details will be provided before your stay. 🤝 Respect for Neighbours This is a peaceful complex shared with both long-term residents and guests. We kindly ask that noise and music be kept to a minimum after 9:00 PM. 🚭 No Smoking Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or on the balcony. 🧹 Housekeeping Daily cleaning isn’t included, allowing you to enjoy full privacy. Mid-stay cleans and extra towels can be arranged on request for an additional fee. 🧳 Luggage We’re unable to offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. We recommend planning accordingly or using local storage services if needed. 🧴 Amenities A starter pack of essentials is provided, including tea, coffee, toiletries, and basic supplies. For longer stays, guests may wish to top up items as needed. 🛋️ Sofa Bed & Extra Linen The sofa bed is prepared for bookings with more than 2 guests. For bookings of 2 guests or fewer, use of the sofa bed can be arranged on request, with an additional linen/setup fee. 🚗 Parking Free parking is available within the complex, including designated spaces for your convenience.
