Villa with private garden, just a few steps from the clear sea of Ostuni's coastline. Blue Sea Villa Aquilone is located within the private Mare Blu 1 Village, at the center of the Ostuni coastline and equipped with many facilities that guests can access for an entrance fee, such as a communal swimming pool, tennis and soccer field, and amphitheater. The space The newly built, independent villa consists of a living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a double sofa bed, a TV and a dining table. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and one with two single beds. A bathroom with shower completes the layout. The house is surrounded by a private garden with an outdoor shower, a barbecue and a veranda furnished with a table and armchairs. Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heat pump heating will be available in the accommodation. Guest access Our guests will have access to all the amenities of the accommodation. Other things to note Cot and high chair available upon request, at an extra cost of 25€ per stay, per item. *Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy. *The access to the swimming pool is NOT included in the price. The swimming pool is open from the 15th of June until the 15th of September. Guests will benefit from an outdoor parking slot at the entrace of the villa.
