Quietly situated on the edge of the village yet only a 5 minute stroll to the village pub, renowned for its excellent food and cellar. Hillcrest welcomes pets with their well behaved owner/s! The space All the principle rooms at Hillcrest face the front of the property including the first floor sitting room. Ground floor: Dining room, kitchen, shower room with walk-in shower, boot room and double bedroom. First floor: Sitting room, master bedroom with kingsize bed, single bedroom and bathroom with bath & shower over. Outside: South facing garden with flower beds, and garden furniture to sit and admire the views. Secure bike storage. Parking for 2 cars. Guest access Hillcrest is a detached cottage with garden and parking space. Guests have access to the whole property. Other things to note Terms & Conditions of Letting Hillcrest. 1. Booking & payment = acceptance of the Ts & Cs 2. For safety reasons the charging of electric vehicles, scooters or biles from the house or garage is stricly forbidden and invalidates our insurance. This includes using your own EV cables or granny chargers. 3. Guests must agree to take good care of the cottage and leave it in the clean & tidy condition they found it in. 4. Hillcrest can occupy 5 persons which includes children and babies. 5. One well behaved pet aged 2 years or older is welcome at Hillcrest on the understanding that he/she is kept under control in the house & surrounding countryside. Pets must not be allowed on the furniture, in bedrooms and never left unattended in the cottage. 6. Guests are responsible for any damages occurred during their stay. Guests are asked to report any damages / breakages to the owner before the end of their holiday so that a settlement can be agreed. 7. Candles are stricly forbidden in the cottage. 8. The owners will not be liable for failure of utility services or breakdown of appliances however every effort will be made to rectify / repair in such circumstances.
