The accommodation is equipped with heating and ducted air conditioning, as well as a terrace. The space House located at the exit of a small country village, with shops nearby (restaurant, pizzeria, bakery and tobacco shop), a quiet place 10-15 minutes from the city by car. 75m2 accommodation separate from the ground floor, two bedrooms of about 12m2, and one of 15m2, full bathroom, shower and bathtub of 6-7m2, and an equipped kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator with small built-in freezer, washing machine, pod coffee maker, microwave, toaster and cooking utensils) open to a 23m2 living room, all with a 20m2 terrace along the length. Roller shutters in all bedrooms, centralized heating and air conditioning via a ducted heat pump, with silent mode for peaceful sleep.
