The space THE SPACE Riddle Oak Retreat is a thoughtfully designed ranch-style home that invites you to experience the beauty of slow living. Our split floor plan offers maximum privacy, with the master suite on one side and two additional guest rooms on the other. SLEEPING QUARTERS: On the north side of the home, you will find a serene bedroom with a Queen bed and a dedicated TV, located right next to a full bathroom with a shower and tub combo. On the south side of the home, there are two more peaceful bedrooms, both featuring Queen beds and sharing a bathroom with a modern walk-in shower. LIVING AND WORKING: Relax in the cozy living room featuring a comfortable recliner, a love seat, and a Roku TV for all your streaming needs. For those traveling on business or working remotely, we have provided a dedicated workspace with an office desk and chair. KITCHEN AND DINING: Our kitchen is fully stocked for your culinary needs, including a dedicated coffee bar to start your mornings right. Enjoy your meals in the heated and cooled sunroom, which features a dining table for 4 and a lovely view of the backyard. OUTDOORS AND AMENITIES: The property features a large, fully fenced backyard for total privacy. We provide a BBQ grill so you can enjoy an outdoor cookout. For your convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are also included inside the home. Guest access 🚪 Easy Access: Enjoy the convenience of keyless entry, so no need to worry about meeting to pick up keys! You’ll have full run of the house, though one small owner’s closet will remain locked for storage. 🚗 Parking: Please pull right into the driveway. To keep the neighborhood looking great and our neighbors happy, please avoid blocking driveways or mailboxes. 🕒 Timing: We love to keep things sparkling clean for every guest! Because our cleaning crew works on a tight schedule, we generally cannot offer early arrivals or late departures. To avoid any extra fees, please be sure to head out by your scheduled checkout time. ✅ Notice: You give the property manager permission to use a third-party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Remember to bring: At Hometown Stays, we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags for a 2-day stay. However, we recommend bringing additional items for your comfort and convenience. Pack essentials like toiletries, a hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee, beach towels, an umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need to make your stay perfect.
