Welcome to our home! I'm Benjamin, and together with Gwenn, we created this place to offer you an elevated experience: waking up feeling like you're floating on water. Thanks to the huge glass window of our Tiny House "La Grande Vue", nature literally invites itself into your bed. Located in Villeneuve-la-Guyard, just 1 hour from Paris, at the gates of Burgundy, our refuge is a real bubble of serenity, designed for total disconnection! The space Living in 16 m² that is perfectly optimized has never seemed so spacious. Our Tiny House (Refuge No. 1) is part of a micro-camp of 3 units, each positioned to preserve your total privacy. Technically, your refuge is 100% autonomous and independent of the other two: it has its own solar panel system, its own batteries, and its own dedicated water supply. Sleeping Area: A double bed placed opposite the huge bay window. Living area: Equipped kitchen (gas, fridge), walk-in shower, and dry toilet. Thermal Cocoon: A powerful gas stove for winter and a ceiling fan for summer. Eco-responsibility: Solar electricity (phone/PC charging only, no hairdryer). The tap water (tank) is not potable; we provide 5L of drinking water and 100% natural shower products (phytopurification). Your wastewater is filtered by plants (phytopurification): The Little Extra: Absolute Relaxation To complete your escape, indulge in the private Nordic bath experience for €60/stay (to enjoy a timeless moment under the stars). Life at the Domaine: The landscape comes to life thanks to our animals. Between the calming presence of our horse and the visits of our goats and pigs Guest access By train: 1 hour from Paris (Gare de Lyon via Line R or Gare de Bercy via TER). Villeneuve-la-Guyard train station is only a 25-minute walk or a 5-minute bike ride away. By car: Free parking on site. Gourmet Baskets: Local Apéritif (€30), Sparkling Wine Option (€30), Traditional Raclette Evening by the Stove (€50 for 2) or Barbecue Party with a Cut of French Beef (€60 for 2). Leisure: Rowboat/canoe rental (€8/person per day) or catch-and-release fishing for lovers of peace and quiet (€25/person) (equipment not included) "Boarding" exclusive: I run my own dog boarding facility on site.
