Tiny House – Great View (1 hour from Paris)

Welcome to our home! I'm Benjamin, and together with Gwenn, we created this place to offer you an elevated experience: waking up feeling like you're floating on water. Thanks to the huge glass window of our Tiny House "La Grande Vue", nature literally invites itself into your bed. Located in Villeneuve-la-Guyard, just 1 hour from Paris, at the gates of Burgundy, our refuge is a real bubble of serenity, designed for total disconnection! The space Living in 16m² perfectly optimized has never looked more spacious. Our Tiny House (Refuge #1) is part of a 3-unit micro-campement, each positioned to preserve your total privacy. Technically, your refuge is 100% self-contained and independent of the other two: it has its own system of solar panels, its own batteries and its dedicated water reserve. Night side: A double bed facing the huge glass window. Life side: Fully equipped kitchen (gas, fridge), walk-in shower and dry toilet. Thermal cocoon: A powerful gas stove for winter and a ceiling fan for summer. Eco-responsibility: Solar electricity (phone/PC charging only, no hairdryers). The water from the faucets (tank) is non-potable; we provide 5L of drinking water and 100% natural products for the shower (phytodepuration). Your wastewater is filtered by plants (phyto-purification): The Little Plus: Absolute Relaxation To perfect your disconnection, succumb to the private Nordic bath experience at €50/stay (to enjoy a moment suspended under the stars). Life at the Domaine: The landscape comes alive thanks to our animals. Between the soothing presence of our horse and visits from our goats and pigs Guest access By train: 1 hour from Paris (Gare de Lyon via Line R or Gare de Bercy via TER). Villeneuve-la-Guyard train station is only a 25-minute walk or a 5-minute bike ride away. By car: Free parking on site. In case you need them, here are the coordinates: 48.352380, 3.095801 Other things to note To make your stay perfect, we offer several à la carte services (to be booked 48 hours before your arrival): Relaxation: Private hot or cold Nordic bath (on request) for a timeless moment under the stars (€50). Gourmet Baskets: Local Aperitif (€30), Bubbles Option (€30), Traditional Raclette Evening by the stove (€50 for 2) or Barbecue Party with a piece of French beef (€60 for 2). Leisure: Boat/canoe rental (€8/pers per day) or No-Kill fishing for lovers of calm (€25/pers) (equipment not included) Four-legged friends: Dogs under 25 kg are welcome (30€/stay). Exclusive "Boarding": I run my own dog boarding facility on site. If you want to visit Fontainebleau or go on a long hike, I can look after your companion during the day (rates on request)!
