Located in a quiet street, it is sun facing & bright and you have full privacy from the living room windows as you have no front neighbours allowing you to feel at home in this peaceful and cosy apartment. It's ideal located for students, individuals, remote workers, families and groups of friends. It's ideal located for students, individuals, remote workers, families and groups of friends. Guest access You will have the whole place to yourself. We will provide you with the products needed for it, as well as basic supplies for cooking and shower. You may occasionally hear noise from neighbouring apartments, as most buildings in Lisbon aren’t soundproofed! Other things to note -The flat capacity is for 4 people. No additional guests allowed. There is a double sofa bed in the living room. -Please note there is a staircase for access and you will need to go up one flight of stairs to access the apartment. -Most homes in Portugal don’t have central heating, but heaters and fans will be provided. -Electricity: It is fairly common in Lisbon for the electricity to trip if more than two high wattage electrical appliances are being used at the same time. Please keep this in mind when using appliances like heaters, washing machines, hairdryers, kettles, toasters, fans, etc. Guests will be charged €40 if the electricity trips due to overuse. Check-in time is from 3 pm and check-out time is until 11:00 am. Please note that if you need a late check-in, it will require the payment of an extra fee as per the following: - From 20:00 to 02:00h: €25 - After 02:00h: Confirm availability before booking This fee will be collected before the check-in and must be paid by card or through the Airbnb Resolution Centre. All guests will be required to present valid IDs before the check-in for registration to the Portuguese security authorities - If guests lock themselves out of the property OR they do not place keys in the lockbox at checkout, a 50€ fee will apply. If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80€ fee will apply. -Please be eco-friendly and turn off all the lights and electrical appliances (such as heaters and fans) when you leave the apartment. City Tax may be applicable for this property. This tax is not included in the booking price and will be collected directly from you before the check-in. The amount is calculated per person, per night, and could vary according to local regulations. To ensure a smooth check-in process, we kindly request that you complete this payment in advance.
