- Apartment one block from the beach. - It has a ceiling fan in the bedroom and a portable fan in the living room, but no air-conditioning. -The terrace has shared barbecues and a swimming pool. - It is located two blocks from the street markets. - It is close to markets, pharmacies and restaurants. - We provide bed linens and pillows. - We do not provide bath towels. NOTE: If the pool is undergoing renovation or maintenance, its use will be suspended. The space - The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. - It has a double bed and a sofa bed. - The TV is smart with open channels available. - The kitchen is equipped with basic utensils, we make available salt, olive oil, coffee and coffee filter. - The kitchen has an electric oven, toaster, microwave and blender. - It has a washing machine. - We accept up to one pet; more than one is charged an extra fee to be agreed upon. - The barbecue grills can be used by appointment, there is no extra fee, but the site must be cleaned and organized after use. NOTE: There is a swimming pool on the fifth floor. If the pool is undergoing renovation or maintenance, its use will be suspended. - Check-in after 3 p.m. - Check-out by 11 a.m. Guest access All the rooms in the apartment. Other things to note - A small pet will be welcome as long as it does its business outside the apartment, if it is more than one Pet an extra fee will be charged to be agreed upon. - Smoking is prohibited inside the property. - No extra guests or visitors. - The condominium's quiet hours must be respected. - Dishes must be washed. - Do not leave fans or television on when leaving the apartment. NOTE: There is a swimming pool on the fifth floor; if the pool is undergoing renovation or maintenance, its use will be suspended. If any of the rules are broken, a fine of $800 will be charged at checkout.
