The sea, located 100m away, is accessible by a footpath which leads to Aiguille beach, a pleasant family beach of fine sand (approx. 7mn on foot). In the town center of Théoule-sur-Mer there are a few local shops: pharmacy, bakery, small supermarket, tobacco, newspapers, hairdresser (approx. 15 minutes on foot). 10-15 minutes by car: tennis, golf, nautical activities (sailing, water skiing), numerous hiking trails (Notre-Dame-d'Afrique, Cap de l'Estérel ...), hypermarket, gas station.
