Bathroom 2: Hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo Lower Level: Bathroom 3: Hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower and a private toilet room. TVs Main Level: 1: 50” in the main level living room 2: 43” in bedroom 1 3: 50” in bedroom 2 Upper Level: 4: 50” in bedroom 3 Lower Level: 6: 65” in lower level living room 7: 50” in bedroom 4 KITCHEN The home has a fully equipped kitchen with all full sized appliances, including a dishwasher. SMALL APPLIANCE 4 slice toaster, Keurig single serve coffee maker INDOOR DINING There is seating for 5 at the dining room table and seating for 4 at the bar. LIVING AREAS The main level living room has seating for 5 between the couch and 2 chairs. It also has a 50” tv. The lower level living room has seating for 4 with a 65” tv. LAUNDRY The washer and dryer can be found in the primary bedroom’s ensuite. FIREPLACES There is an electric fireplace in the main level living room and there is also one in the lower level living room. Useable (November-March) INDOOR GAMES A pool table can be found in the lower level living room. GRILL We have a propane grill that can be found on the main level deck. We supply the propane and grill utensils that can be found in the kitchen! FIREPIT There is a firepit that can be found on the shared patio between the 2 houses. This patio has a firepit and 2 tables with chairs. HOT TUB We have a 6 seater hot tub that can be found on the back patio. OUTDOOR SEATING On the deck, you can find 2 individual chairs as well as a table that seats 6. On the shared patio, there are 2 tables with chairs. PATHWAY TO DOCK: The pathway to the dock is made up of 130 stairs. DOCK: Although there is a dock at this property, we have removed it from the marketing as the water levels are so low that it is not useable.
