"Cactus Garden" is a 4 bedroom/2 bath, cunucu-style house located in the neighborhood of Alto Vista. Alto Vista is a very family-friendly and safe neighborhood, and it’s just a 5-minute drive to Palm Beach and the Hotel area. The home is at the top of the hill with great views of the ocean and Hooiberg. The backyard patio area with grill is great for relaxing and sunning. Bedroom 1- 1 king; Bedroom 2 - 1 queen with twin trundle; Bedroom 3 - 1 queen; Loft Bedroom 4 -1 Full with twin trundle. The space Our home features 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms and a loft), and 2 full baths. The Master bedroom has a King Bed and en suite full bathroom, and a 46” flat screen TV. The 3 guest rooms: 1 downstairs which features a queen bed and a trundle with a twin bed, 1 upstairs features a queen bed and the upstairs loft features a full bed with a twin size trundle bed. There are ceiling fans in the dining room, living room and two downstairs bedrooms. There is air conditioning for the full house. The living room has an open floor plan with leather couches and a 50" Smart Flat Screen TV. The living room opens to the dining area and large open kitchen! The kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher) with everything needed including a toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, electric kettle, and insta pot. Off the dining area there is an enclosed washer and dryer. There are sliding glass doors to access the backyard and patio in the master bedroom and the living room. The patio has table and chairs and a gas BBQ grill. The entire home and yard is provided with protected WIFI and the TV’s have full cable. Our home has a hot water heater for hot showers and washing clothes and using the dishwasher. We provide all linens, towels, beach/pool towels, beginning toiletries, and paper supplies. We have provided our home with everything we want it to provide us with while we are there on Aruba, so we truly hope we provide you with everything you will need! Guest access You will have the entire house and yard for your leisure. Other things to note We will allot $9/day utility allowance (Electric/Airco). This *allotment is 50 kWh per day. We will monitor your use and advise you immediately whether your electricity use is too high. We will notify you within 48 hours after your departure if any amount is due, and will remove from the deposit held by Airbnb if there is any. *The electricity allotment is only meant as a deterrent to leaving the air conditioners running 24/7 even when you are not there or in the bedrooms. We ask that you turn off the air conditioners upon leaving the house or the bedrooms when you are not in the room. The allotment is ample for your usage if the AC’s are not running constantly.
