Our beautiful and comfortable home, three minutes walk from San Marco square. Has a lounge with dining area, stupendous canal views and San Marco. Kitchen, bathroom with shower and a large bedroom with in-suit bathroom. It's tastefully furnished.A very high standard apartment in one of the oldest parts of Venice, situated a stone'e throw from Piazza San Marco. The divine 16th century Palazzo wich houses this apartment has a beautiful entrance with exquisite marble floors. The apartment is on the 4th floor with a small elevator for one person or to bring up your luggage (most houses in Venice don't have a lift) There are nice views over churches, rooftops and even the Campanile in Piazza San Marco.The accomodation is of the highest standard having a refined furnished and stylish lounge with fitted galley kitchen, washing machine and dryer. A beautiful double bedroom (King size-bed, or twin) with ensuite bathroom. There is a second bathroom with shower for really comfortable living Maid service twice a week is included Free WiFi access, air conditioning, flat TV and DVD. Guests must show ID documents upon arrival. The tourist tax is not included in the price, you have to pay it in cash upon arrival. It's €4 per person per day for the first 5 days. Children 0-9 years are exempt, children 10-16 years have a reduction on the tax of 50%. Please kindly note we always need to know in advance your arrival time. Check-in after 8 p.m. are available with the following extra costs: from 8pm till 10 pm >> 40€ from 10pm till midnight>> 60€
