Charming house with sea view, Palombaggia beach within walking distance

Located in unspoilt natural surroundings, a family home with an interior renovated in 2011, offering breathtaking views of the sea (only greenery and sea!) The famous Palombaggia beach (crystal-clear water and light-coloured sand) is a 5-minute walk away! It's our family home, and it's well looked after! The space The house is located in an area designated as "outstanding" by the public authorities. Between sky, sea and still unspoiled nature. The houses nearby are not far away but cannot be seen (green space between them)... Family house with very thick walls, partly made of stone. All air conditioned. The layout was redesigned in 2011 to create a spacious living room. The indoor room, extended by the terrace with panoramic views, appeals to guests. From the kitchen island, there is a sea view straight ahead and on 2 sides. The master bedroom is very spacious. The small bedroom with 2 90 cm beds is suitable for children/teens but not for a 2nd couple who would like a space similar to the large bedroom. Extension of the main house: Near the house, recently built, reserved for the family. We are not there when you rent the house! Guest access Parking on our property: It is spacious, but the access road at our gate is not wide enough to easily maneuver a Volkswagen-type bus. Parking at the top of our property can accommodate a medium-sized vehicle. Upon acceptance, you will receive the directions and GPS coordinates. Other things to note LINENS are not provided. It is rented through the house's housekeeper. For a couple: bed made, towels and kitchen towels – 50 euros. Surcharge/Child: €20 BBQ: We removed it following a prefectural decree that prohibits it in areas with maquis. NO WI-FI But very good 4G network. BASIC PRODUCTS On arrival, to get you started before you go shopping, you will find: Dish soap/dishwasher tablets/laundry detergent/floor cleaner.
