Dear guests, cars hosps We are a family from Graubünden and rent out a quietly located attic apartment in the center of the village of Rueras. From the apartment, you can go on unique hikes to the source of the Rhine or to the Oberalppass. Rueras train station is only 500 m away, nearest ski lift (Dieni) is only 1.2 km away. We would like to offer you the opportunity to immerse yourself deeply in the mountain landscape of Tujetsch and enjoy the peaceful tranquility. Looking forward to seeing you soon! Cars salids The space Because the apartment is a converted attic space, it has a fresh, modern design with a dark cork floor and a white wooden ceiling. The living and dining area and kitchenette are located in a larger space that is visually separated by a beautiful beam structure. In some places, beams run in the floor area (approx. 5 cm height). The living room has a Sony HD TV. TV runs via SAT. The cognac-colored genuine leather sofa invites you to relax comfortably after a strenuous day. Hikes. There is a table with 3 chairs for eating or as a workspace. Stable WiFi is provided free of charge. The IKEA kitchenette is matt black, has a sink, a work surface and a modern electric stove with oven. Plates, cutlery, pans, pots, etc. are available. The bedroom is furnished with double bed, chest of drawers and bedside table. The attractive bathroom is equipped with a glass shower enclosure, sink, and toilet. Access to the apartment is via a somewhat steep staircase, and the walls are damp on the sides. However, you can move well in the middle, even as a tall person. The apartment has a balcony with a beautiful view, which is one floor down, next to the stairs. Regarding various safety aspects, the apartment is not suitable for children. Guest access Our apartment is not suitable for children: Exposed cables, the TV could fall over if someone tries to pull themselves up using it, exposed electrical outlets, a steep, unsecured staircase that is dangerous for children… Therefore, unfortunately, we have to decline a booking request that includes children up to 12 years old. Other things to note In Switzerland, special garbage bags are used, so-called fee bags. These can be bought in different sizes in the supermarket. Individual fee bags are available at the tourist information office in Sedrun. Please be sure to dispose of the garbage and all perishable goods upon departure. Final cleaning is carried out by the tenants, so upon departure, please thoroughly clean the apartment yourself and prepare it for the next tenants. Bed linen and towels are NOT provided. The bed is sized 1.60 m x 2.00 m (please bring a fitted sheet). There are 2 duvets and 2 pillows. Don't forget bed linens for that. In the basement is heated for your ski gear. Please store ski and snowboard equipment there only. Please note that the Oberalppass pass road is closed in winter. Arrival possible in winter via Chur or Lukmanierpass. Connection to Andermatt only by train or ski/snowboard.
