Welcome to La Jeannette, our family home, ideal for hosting up to 10 people. Our grandmother's old house was renovated over 2 years while retaining all its charm. Enjoy its 4 bedrooms, games room (pool table and foosball), garden, small bowling alley, barbecue and a shaded area to relax and share your meals. In the heart of the vineyards, it is the ideal place to gather with family or friends and discover the region. Check-out time: no later than 10.00 h 🚭 No Smoking permitted All consumables are available (coffee capsules, bathroom kit, dishwasher tablets, washing machine tablets, etc.) 🚫 Quiet neighborhood: parties not allowed. The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. We ask guests to empty the garbage and put the dishes away before leaving the premises. Guest access You will receive a message at 4 pm on the day of your arrival with all the necessary instructions to access the accommodation. Check-in will be done independently with a lockbox. This will allow you to arrive at your leisure at a time that suits you after the scheduled check-in time. 😊 Other things to note La Jeannette is a family home that belonged to my grandmother. We spent over a year and a half renovating it to bring it back to life while preserving its authenticity and soul. This project is particularly important to us, and renting it out now allows us to keep this family home in Saint-Émilion.
