Super Mexican condo with pool

Located just a few minutes stroll on flat walkways from a small sandy beach and the local marina, this condo has a great pool, nearby shops, restaurants and easy transport around town. We’ve a large double bedroom, a second bedroom with queen bed, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, living and dining room, and a shady patio. The apartment is a quieter one at the edge of the condo building and is therefore more private and not subject to pool noise. It has its own access near the garden gate. The space Huatulco has been home for us for much of the year and we therefore made sure we had all our usual creature comforts including OPTIC FIBRE INTERNET! The only thing we don't offer is a dishwasher - but a few plates don't take long to wash by hand. We don't have TV (neither Mexican, US or cable), as we generally spend our evenings out though on occasion we'll stream and watch TV on our laptop or plugged into the TV screen via a HDMI cable. Pack one if you want to do this too. We have DVD players for both US and Mexican DVD systems so bring your favourites if you want. We also have a GoogleChromeCast. There is a washer and dryer in the utility area, we have a coffee machine, blenders, mixers and a full set of plates. Some of our kitchenware and glasses is in smart plastic - so that you can take them down to the pool area in total safety. I'd just like to add that, as an artist, I'm always changing around the paintings on the walls (mostly my own) so the room could have different paintings or hangings on the wall when you come. If that's a worry, check with me before booking. And lastly, PLEASE, no smoking in our space. There is a table outside where all guests are asked to smoke of they feel they must. Guest access The condo is a 2-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, living, dining room and kitchen - plus a (usually) shady terrace/balcony. Most of our guests spend time around the pretty pool area. There are sun loungers, chairs and tables here and it's a great place to meet fellow vacationers. To the side of our condo there is a garden gate that’ll take you out into the walkway that goes towards the village, marina and beach. Other things to note We are just 6km or a WhatsApp message away should you want any info while in residence.
