Large comfortable seating, a big-screen TV, and beautiful interior design make this the perfect space for group conversations, movie nights, or unwinding after a day at the lake. Kitchen & Dining Area The large open kitchen is fully equipped with brand-new, top-of-the-line appliances, ample counter space, and everything needed to prepare meals for large groups. Guests can enjoy both a standard coffee maker and Keurig for morning coffee. The dining and kitchen areas flow seamlessly into the main living space for easy entertaining. Wet Bar Area The home also includes a wet bar, perfect for preparing drinks, serving guests, or setting up a snack and beverage station for gatherings. Guest access Access to Amenities Guests will have full access to the home and its amenities during their stay. The property was designed for comfort, entertainment, and relaxation both indoors and outdoors. Kitchen & Dining The home features a fully equipped kitchen with brand-new, top-of-the-line appliances. Guests may use the standard coffee maker and Keurig, cookware, dishes, and utensils for preparing meals during their stay. Outdoor Living Guests are welcome to enjoy the private deck and backyard space, including the hot tub, gas grill, and fire pit. These areas are perfect for relaxing after a day at the lake or gathering with friends and family in the evenings. Entertainment Inside the home, guests have access to the game area featuring ping-pong and shuffleboard, along with comfortable indoor living spaces and TVs for entertainment. Neighborhood Amenities Guests may also enjoy the community amenities within Paradise Grove, including the pickleball courts, clubhouse, gathering areas, and community fire pit. The neighborhood also features a small lake where guests are welcome to fish. Lake Access The property is located just minutes from Wax Marina, making it easy for guests to access boating, pontoon rentals, and other lake activities at Nolin Lake. Other things to note Additional Notes for Guests Pets are welcome; however, there is a $250 pet fee per pet. Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring a pet. This is a strictly non-smoking property, and smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the home. A golf cart is available to rent for an additional fee. Please reach out to HG4 Properties if you are interested in reserving it during your stay. Parties, gatherings, and large events must be pre-approved by HG4 Properties. Please contact us in advance if you are planning anything beyond a standard guest stay. The property has space to park one boat trailer.
