The space The house is in a quiet area, nearby spectacular mountains. In winter and early spring the area is snow-covered and there are cross country ski tracks nearby as well as several ski resorts within 45 mins drive. In the summer tourists come for fishing, mountain walks, bicycling and horse riding. At a 5 minutes walk you'll find a perfect place for swimming in the river There are several tourist attractions nearby (Gordarike familiepark, Langedrag, Ål familiepark, Huso fjellgard, Bjørneparken), and at just 10 km you'll find restaurants, shops and railway station 10 km. The house (200 m2) was built in 1909 as a home for employed at the railway. It has recently been restored in classic old style with antiques. The garden includes an outdoor kitchen and parking garage. The house has 4 bedrooms, a new modern kitchen and several living rooms. Other things to note There is a cute, friendly cat in the house. She does not have access to the bedrooms and goes out in through a cat hatch in the basement. If desired, the doors of the living rooms can be closed.
