From the Parzanica hill, Lake Iseo appears in all its splendor. Against a backdrop dominated by the mountains on the Brescia side, in the center of the vast body of water stands Montisola, the island that is one of the lake’s main scenic attractions. From here, the view is breathtaking. This is the view you can enjoy from the large windows and the terrace. It is a cozy three-room apartment spread over 2 floors, equipped with every comfort and ideal for family groups. The space SPACES The three-room apartment Vittoria is located inside a residential building consisting of a set of buildings on the slope overlooking the lake and equipped with a condominium pool available for summer months. It is spread over an area of 70 m2 and is divided into two levels, connected by an internal staircase. The entrance leads to the living area invaded by the light coming from the large window door overlooking the private terrace, light that is heated by the warm tint of the wood of the beamed ceiling and stairs, giving the whole room an enveloping and golden natural lighting, amplified by the elegant colors chosen for the walls, in cream and sage. This is where daytime life is concentrated: in the part that faces the window, in fact, we find the practical open kitchen, while in the center is the dining table in glass and metal, modern as the rest of the decor of the house. On the wall on the right is the sofa, which can be converted into a double bed if necessary to accommodate two additional guests. On the other side is the comfortable wooden staircase with a handrail that leads to the sleeping area. Also at this level we find one of the two bathrooms of the apartment, the largest one, complete with washbasin with mirror, shower, toilet and bidet and that houses the washing machine. The appliances in the house are excellent. The kitchen has a refrigerator and freezer, an electric oven, induction cookware and dishwasher, and is enriched by the family of small appliances that serve to define it as complete: from the microwave to the toaster, from the kettle to the espresso machine with pods. A smart TV on a low console completes the equipment of the living area. The visit to the spaces on this floor ends with the terrace. Great sizes, it's perfectly equipped with outdoor furniture, including a second dining table with chairs, plus armchairs and coffee table. An extendable arm tent allows you to dose the shade and protect from the sun without taking anything away from the amazing view that stretches allaround. In short, thisarea is an important extension outside the apartment and it is easy to imagine that most of the day, including breakfast, lunch and dinner, takes place here during spring and the warmer months.
