Beautiful old mill, beautiful location in Kaisersdorf

My place is close to art and culture, spa, winery, theater (summer). You'll love my place because of the outdoor space, light, comfortable bed, peace, fast internet, private stream and pond, large garden. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (dogs). The mill consists of two separate rental units. These are marked Top 1 and Top 2. See the description under "Accommodation". The space The old mill consists of 3 residential units that can be rented separately and are accessible independently of each other. Operating costs must also be billed separately. One unit (TOP 1) is a ground floor apartment that can be reached via two steps outside. However, all rooms in this unit are on the same level and the doors are at least 80 cm wide (wheelchair accessible). This unit includes an anteroom with wardrobe, a large double bedroom and a small bedroom with 2 beds, a fully equipped spacious kitchen-living room with table for 8 people, a comfortable lounger (80x350cm), as well as bathroom with spacious shower and toilet. A washing machine, a TV with satellite connection, a beautiful iron oven and a classic bread or pizza oven is also available here. In addition, a covered terrace with a view of the swimming pond is assigned to this unit for your sole use. The 2nd unit (TOP 2) consists of a ground floor with a living room with dining table, an anteroom with kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, consisting of a small room with 2 beds (usually the children sleep here) and a large room with a double bed (approx. 30 m2), TV and an exit to the open terrace (approx. 40 m2). The terrace floor is a larch wood grid, equipped with weatherproof seating, with beautiful views of the garden and surroundings. The terrace is not visible from the garden and is a quiet retreat. The 3rd unit (TOP 3) consists of a ground floor with kitchenette and separate dining and living area. In the living area there is a powerful wood-burning stove and a seating/sleeping area. Sauna, shower and toilet are also located here. The rear door leads to the covered veranda, which offers shade in summer. On the 1st floor, you will find a large bedroom with a double bed and balcony. This unit has an air conditioning unit that can cool in summer and heat in winter. Right by the pond, there are sun loungers, a parasol on a wooden grate, a fireplace and a barbecue area. Electricity consumption is charged at €0.45/kWh in addition. There is also a €4.5 visitor's tax per night and person. Other things to note It is hereby clearly pointed out that electricity consumption will be charged separately. It is not included in the rental price. This is €0.30 per kWh. A deposit of 400 euros is charged per apartment, which is returned upon departure! € 100 will be charged per dog, the pet owner has to pay all damages before departure! I don't negotiate with the insurance company! Use of the pond is at your own risk (parents are liable for their children). Furthermore, no liability is assumed for the water quality in terms of temperature, pollen and foliage entry and algae.
