Cozy house in a church village near Lake Vänern

Older cozy house located in church village surrounded by beautiful nature. Green garden and cozy patio where you can enjoy the tranquility and peaceful environment. Nearby, there are forests and fields for hiking and the winding roads around the village are great for cyclists. The archipelago in Vänern, whose shoreline you will find a few kilometers down the road, is as made for a quiet paddle trip and if you are swimming, there is also a swimming area with a jetty. Bring bed linen or rent on site. Clean or purchase final cleaning The space My home is a living place in constant change. I love to decorate creatively using handpicked items, inherited furniture, thrift store finds, and auction treasures. Here, old and new come together in a personal and warm atmosphere. The house is probably from the 1800s and shows signs of later renovations. However, original features such as the timber walls, tiled stove, and wood-burning stove in the kitchen have been preserved, creating a cozy and homely atmosphere. The house is wonderful to stay in during all seasons. It is a place that is ideal for relaxing and socializing, and as a base for excursions in the beautiful surroundings. Since there is a high-speed fiber internet connection, the house is also suitable for those looking for a beautiful place to work via the internet. Guest access As a guest, you have access to most of the house, except for my private bedroom and a studio. The house is also my home from time to time, and some cabinets and drawers are therefore marked "private." I would be grateful if you would respect this. Other things to note The house is located in a village situated in an authentic and beautiful agricultural landscape outside Lidköping, just a few kilometers from Lake Vänern. In about 10–15 minutes, you can reach the nearest swimming area by bike, and there are several nice beaches nearby that you can easily visit by car. You can also drive conveniently to Lidköping, Läckö, Kinnekulle, and more, and just a few miles away, there is a cozy café and restaurant. Also nearby is a fairly well-stocked grocery store. Here, you can hear the wind whistling across the fields, the chirping of swallows and sparrows, and, every now and then, the call of a crane in the distance. With a bit of luck, you might even spot a sea eagle gliding majestically across the landscape.
