Welcome to Faith Cottage - a beautiful and comfortable place for gathering with family and friends in the heart of charming Cave Spring. Whether it is a girls' getaway, family vacation, wedding or baby shower or brides celebrating with her attendants before her special day, Faith Cottage is the perfect place to make lasting memories. It's just a short 2 minute walk from downtown Cave Spring' and Rolater Park. The space The cottage sleeps up to 8 people. It offers 4 bedrooms with either queen, full size beds, a twin-size bed, and a twin-size roll-away bed, if needed. It has a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining room with a table for 8, large living room, a comfortable den/entertainment room with separate table for eating breakfast, a designated workspace, or playing games and a washer and dryer. A large screen smart television is located in the den, and another TV is located in the bedroom. We provide enough linens for 8 guests in two bathrooms and there is a separate area in one bathroom dedicated for brides and bridal parties to prepare for their special day. We also offer free Wi-Fi access. Free off-street parking is available for up to 5 vehicles. The cottage has a back deck, perfect for stargazing and a firepit area. It also has a relaxing front porch with a swing and other seating. It is completely private with a front door code that will give you personal and secure access. We are 5 minutes from Big Cedar Creek, a popular Kayaking spot, 5 minutes from Pinhoti Trail, a great hiking and bird watching area, 20 minutes from Rome, 30 minutes from Weiss Lake, a fisherman's dream, 30 minutes from Berry College and 15 minutes from Cedartown. Please note, this is a non-smoking, pet-free environment. The cottage is conveniently located within walking distance of unique shops and eateries. Explore Rolater Park with its natural spring and cave, trout pond and historic buildings. Local festivals, farmers markets and holiday parades are town favorites throughout the year. A local grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, a coffee shop, ice cream shop, antique stores, plant nursery, hair salons and clinic are all within walking distance of Spring Cottage. Late night strolls can be enjoyed through the neighborhood on lit sidewalks to the downtown area. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, including a back deck and firepit area. Other things to note PLEASE READ the following carefully before requesting to book: • Must be 25 or older to book. Host may check ID upon arrival. • Please do not book on behalf of someone else. •Check in is 3 p.m., checkout is 11 a.m. • No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the property. • Evidence of smoking will result in an additional $100 cleaning fee post-checkout. • The cottage can accommodate a maximum of 8 adult guests. Bringing additional guests will result in an early end to your stay with no refund. • Pets are not allowed. • Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. - 7 a.m. We have a good relationship with our neighbors and respect their resting hours. • Flushing items other than toilet tissue may result in a back-up causing a fee for plumbing repairs. • No pets are allowed. Evidence of pets will result in an early end to your stay with no refund and an additional $100 cleaning fee after checkout. • Please do not move any furniture inside or outside the cottage. • Consult directly with your host for any special requests. • Please do not apply any decorations to the walls. • Applying nail polish, nail polish remover, or hair dyes in the residence is restricted. • Keep in mind that this is a historic home, which means things like doors are older and can be more delicate. Whenever you leave the cottage, please make sure BOTH the back and front doors are locked.
