The bedroom consists of two long single beds, that can be made as a king or as twin beds. There is also an ottoman suitable as a bed for a small child. (Please inform us on booking should this be required, so we can ensure the bed is prepared.) The beds are new and of high quality and are very very comfortable. All linen is fresh and new and is cotton or linen. There is a variety of pillows to choose from to suit your personal preference. The lounge consists of a sofa that folds to a king single bed, with a topper for comfort. There is also a rocking chair to sit and read or just relax. A modern tv that you can sign into your Internet tv accounts, via your own mobile data. A sensor light outside will see you safely in and out at night time. Guest access The Little House is a farmstay. It is located across the driveway from the main house in a 10 acre horse property. We are surrounded by dairy farm on 2 sides, and other small land holdings on the other side. Guests park in the shared carport, and have access to the driveway, the Little House and its little backyard, and an orchard space and vintage truck should they wish to view and photograph the sunset. The orchard and truck are in the backyard of the main house, and we do have dogs, so communication regarding this would be helpful to ensure all goes smoothly. Guests are not permitted access to the horse paddocks at any time, unless prearranged, and will need to be accompanied by the host. Interactive experiences with our horses can be arranged at ash additional cost (subject to availability). Other things to note If you are wanting local knowledge, both Greg and Janelle are happy to make suggestions of local food venues or activities. There are a range of walking, biking and horse trails to suit most levels of adventure in our district, we’d happily help you plan some local activities. The option to bring your horses with you is also available, and you could even add on a ranch lesson or guided trail ride by private arrangement. Greg is a keen photographer, and a tour of the best local photography hot spots could also be booked with advance notice.
