For wine lovers, Saint-Marcel is part of the Côtes-du-Rhône at the western limit of the appellation of controlled origin zone. Halfway between Nîmes, Uzès and Avignon you can just as much taste the joys of a swim in the river, like a stroll at Pont-du-Gard. Barely an hour from the Camargue you can also enjoy a sea swim after a horse ride. A deposit of 800 euros in check or cash will be requested (the check will not be cashed and will be returned to you when you leave).
