On either side of the large French window are an armchair and a sofa, which converts into a bed to provide two additional sleeping places. It is worth noting that the very high ceiling in this room has allowed for the creation of a mezzanine, which is, however, not accessible to guests. Finally, to the side of the kitchen is the bathroom, which is equipped for disabled guests and wheelchair accessible. In addition to the sink, shower and toilet with hand shower, there is also a washing machine here. The bedroom, with a double bed and large built-in wardrobes, is separated from the living area by a sliding door and also has a large French window, allowing you to enjoy the view of the lake directly from the bed. The flat has independent heating and Wi-Fi and is situated in a small, quiet residential complex with a heated swimming pool and sunbathing area overlooking the lake. The swimming pool is not equipped for disabled access, although the pool level itself is accessible.
