The rooms are bright, clean, and practically furnished so guests can feel calm and at home. Each room has comfortable beds, bed linen and towels, a private bathroom, and a kitchenette or kitchen area for making morning coffee or a light meal. Rooms also include heating, work table and a dining table. The property operates contactlessly. Access is easy and self check in, and all areas are clearly marked. Our studio apartments are suitable for both short stays and longer visits. On the ground floor of the building, there is a Coop grocery store, Du Nord café, a pharmacy, a flower shop, and other services. Guest access The whole apartment is for guest private use. Laundry room is shared. Laundry room has a washing machine and dryer. Other things to note Before making a reservation, it is important to note that our accommodation operates fully contactlessly and there is no on site reception. All communication and necessary information are provided in writing, which helps ensure clarity and quick assistance. Quiet hours apply in the building, and the accommodation is intended mainly for peaceful stays. Parties, smoking, and disruptive behavior are not permitted. We aim to be honest and transparent so guests know what to expect in advance. This way, expectations and reality meet, creating the best possible stay.
