The approx. 85 sqm semi-detached house offers a spacious living and dining area on the ground floor with great views of Lake Groß Labenz. You will find a pull-out L sofa here (a 5th and 6th person is welcome on request), TV, dining area and the very well-equipped kitchen, which has a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge with separate freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and French press. There is also a small guest toilet on the ground floor. The terrace is furnished and covered by the balcony above, a charcoal grill is also available. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: one of the bedrooms has a 1.60 m wide double bed (full mattress), chest of drawers and the exit to the balcony with fantastic lake views. The other bedroom is also equipped with a 1.60 m wide double bed (single mattresses) and a dresser. Both bedrooms each have their own bathroom with shower, separate toilet, sink, towel radiator and windows. A hair dryer is also provided. All windows of the house are equipped with electric shutters. The whole house is heated by underfloor heating, the bedrooms are laminate, all other rooms are tiled. In the house you will also find a washing machine, dryer, cot and high chair. A dog is welcome after prior registration! There is no smoking inside of the house. Free WiFi access is available. We do not guarantee full availability and sufficient speed. Car parking spaces are available, upon registration there are also storage facilities for bicycles brought with you. This property is rented during the Easter and autumn holidays from five nights without a fixed changeover day. The cottage is located in Klein Labenz, an idyllic district of the town of Warin, directly on Groß Labenzer See in the middle of the charming landscape of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The immediate proximity to the water makes this location particularly attractive for anyone seeking peace, nature and relaxation. Groß Labenzer See invites you to spend relaxing hours by the water, swimming, fishing or boating. Hikers and cyclists will also get their money's worth here – well-developed paths lead through forests and meadows and always offer beautiful views of the surrounding lake landscape. The small town of Warin is just minutes away and offers shopping, restaurants and other leisure activities. Due to the central location between the Hanseatic city of Wismar and the state capital Schwerin, excursions to the Baltic Sea or in culturally interesting cities are also easily possible. Klein Labenz is thus the perfect place for anyone who wants to enjoy a vacation close to nature directly on the lake – quietly located and yet well connected.
