Cottage by water in Hammarö - Karlstad - Värmland, Sweden

Welcome to a beautiful cottage right on the shores of Lake Vänern. It is about 50 meters from the cottage to the lake and a private balcony down by the lake. Next to the cottage, there are lawns and a private nice plot. The cottage has a large deck facing the water. There are three cottages on the property. They're next to each other. - Large cottage with kitchen, living room and bedroom with double bed. - Side house with toilet and shower. - Timber cottage with two additional beds. All are included in your reservation. Maximum 4 guests. Rental period at least 3 nights. The space Three cottages on the property, next to each other: - Large cottage: 40m2 with balcony facing the water. Kitchen, living room and bedroom with double bed. The main cottage has a kitchen with running cold and hot lake water. Drinking water is prepared in cans on the bench in the kitchen upon arrival. Easy to get more if needed. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, pots, cutlery and everything you need for your cooking. Fridge and freezer. - Timber cabin: 20m2 with a double bed. - Side house: Toilet/shower and storage. Shower with hot water. Shower is connected to lake water and a water pump. It gives a good shower, but sometimes has a little lower pressure compared to a residential house. Close to beautiful nature and hiking trails. Close to Hammarö Golf Course. Non-smoking. No pets. *Please bring your own bed linens and bath towels* Duvets and pillows are available in the cottages. Wi-Fi is available. Guest access All three cottages and a private plot. A private bedroom in the side house is not available to guests. (It is empty when the cottage has guests) Other things to note The shower is connected to lake water, it provides a good shower but the water pressure can sometimes be lower than in a residential house. There are neighbors near the house. No parties, out of respect for neighbors and surroundings. Bring drinking water. Bring your own bed linens and bath towels. Clean up after yourself. Rocks at the beach edge can be slippery. Cavities in rocks near the house, walk carefully, especially in the dark. The cottages are located by the lake and with a forest environment nearby. This means that leaves and needles easily enter the living area and bathroom.
