Bedroom 1 has plenty of space, with a 180 x 200 bed and room for an extra bed. Bedroom 2 has 150x200 bed. The fireplace is located in the hallway and therefore heats the entire lower floor if needed. Living room and kitchen have a heat pump for heating/cooling. The terrace is large, has stunning views, and gets evening sun. There is stair access to the house from both below and above, with the stairs from above providing easier access for those with reduced mobility. However, there is no parking on the upper level. The property is divided into two floors with a staircase, hallway/living room/kitchen upstairs, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs. Guest access As a guest, you will have access to the entire house (excluding the laundry room and storage room), the entire outdoor area, the terrace, and the entire parking lot.
