Cornhill is a traditional stone cottage situated in the village of Talmine on the west side of the Kyle of Tongue, Sutherland. That’s in the middle at the very top of Scotland! The cottage is comfortable and well equipped, and sleeps four adults (1 double, 1 twin). There is one bathroom, a well equipped kitchen with range cooker, and sitting room with SMART TV. It is a 10 minute walk from the beach, and just 200m from the village shop/post office which stocks a good range of fresh and frozen food, and other essentials. A further post office/shop is available in Tongue, approximately 5 miles away. NOTE: There is self service fuel available in Tongue, but there is no longer a bank. Please note I very much value having personal communication with my guests. I am happy to answer any queries, and will endeavor to make your holiday amazing! COVID NOTE: I am undertaking thorough cleaning to minimise risk. Check in and check out are contactless, unless personal communication is requested. In the unlikely event that you should start to experience symptoms of COVID-19 during your stay it is essential that you return home, and inform me immediately so that measures can be taken to disinfect the property.
