Fully equipped kitchen with a river island ; 2 full baths, 3 bedrooms, and plenty of space for taking walks. Relax by playing the piano, or take a stroll and watch the Koi fish in the nearby pond. We are a five minute drive to Volvo Equipment; 10 minute drive to Shippensburg University and Letterkenny Depot. 25 miles to Gettysburg battlefield. The space There are three cozy bedrooms upstairs, with a full newly renovated bath upstairs featuring tiled floors, walls, and shower, and ceiling heat. All three bedrooms have air conditioners. Downstairs there is a full kitchen where you can make your own food., and eat at an island with a walnut top with a blue river flowing through it. Or at the kitchen table. The piano room is adjacent to the full downstairs bathroom. It features a piano, recliner, and an egg chair. The living room features and L-shaped sectional sofa with pillows and a chaise, as well as a full length sofa, in addition. We have a firm, no-smoking, no-pet policy. Our goal is to have a clean, allergy-free house for you to stay. Guest access Guests have access to walk the whole property, relax by the pond and feed the Koi fish, and play disc golf in the spacious lawn. Lacrosse sticks and balls hang in the enclosed porch for you to play with as well. The only area that is not accessible to guests is the garage/shop. Other things to note This is a 12 acre property with plenty of room for hiking and relaxing.
