Welcome to Passins, to this magnificent home with a family feel. Formerly the village grocery store, it belonged to the same family for over 150 years. Since 2008, this house has been in my family and has been modernized with the aim of welcoming you. Enjoy benefits and a garden. About 1 hour 15 minutes from the ski slopes, 20 minutes from the train station, 45 minutes from Lyon Saint-Exupéry Airport, 1 hour from Lyon, 1 hour 20 minutes from Grenoble, and 1 hour from Chambéry. Outside your bedrooms, you will be able to enjoy a white refrigerator (RC), a microwave and two coffee makers. Coffee must be purchased in advance. A filter coffee maker and a Bosch coffee maker with Tassimo pods. Cutlery and plates are provided in the same place in the cabinet on the 2nd floor next to the stove. A tray is available for you to place your cutlery in the dishwasher in the kitchen. I'll take care of the start-up. To heat your food, a microwave is also available in the same place. Each room has a desk or table for eating. Pellet stoves are the main heaters in the house. Pellet bags are provided as needed. Electric radiators are auxiliary radiators that allow you to temper each room. Please regulate these heaters as best you can and according to good use. As electricity has a significant cost and generates a large energy footprint, we would appreciate it if you could be mindful of this.
