Hiking on Godøyfjellet offers panoramic views of the Sunnmørsalpen mountains and the open sea. Excellent conditions year-round for both fishing and surfing, as well as the option of a sauna nearby. If you would like a boat to go fishing, it can be rented. The space This is a lovely house, filled with antiques and beautiful items and furniture purchased at thrift stores and on trips around the world. Here, you wake up to the sound of waves lapping and seagulls calling, or to the wind blowing around the house. A quiet little community that feels like it's far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet still very centrally located, with downtown Ålesund just 20 minutes away. 5-minute drive to the nearest store, which is open from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. every weekday. The house has 3 floors, with the basement having its own bathroom and a spacious basement living room with a long table and benches. Perfect for late evenings with great food around the table. The basement bathroom is basic, with a shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine. Here, you'll also find a drying rack for the laundry. The main floor consists of a cozy living room with wood paneling, a small kitchen with everything you need to prepare a nice meal, and a tiled bathroom with shower, toilet, and underfloor heating. Nice little fireplace with a door that provides good heat on cold days. You will find keys in the storage room outside, under the stairs. Lovely view over the harbor and the sea. The top floor consists of a small TV lounge and two bedrooms, one of which has two double beds. You will also find extra bed linens and towels here. Large and pleasant garden with a dining area both in front of and behind the house. Beautiful view! Guest access The entire house can be used by the guests.
