Spacious 3 bed cottage retreat in quaint village

Discover our newly refurbished spacious cottage tucked away in the heart of Barkby Village- perfect for families or groups of up to 6. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful get away or celebrating a special occasion with family and friends, this is the place for you. The cottage features a spacious modern kitchen area, open-plan lounge and dining area, master bedroom with en-suite, double bedroom and a twin room. The cottage also has a family bathroom and 3 toilets. Everything you need and more! The space As you arrive you will have access to off road parking and there is also free parking on the road. To enter you have to open a wooden gate named Albert Cottage with a coded lock. This leads you to the outdoor patio area, and there is another lockbox located next to the kitchen door which will allow you to access the property via the kitchen. Both codes will be shared with you prior to your arrival. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, dishwasher and washing machine. It has a large island in the middle and there is plenty of cupboard space. The lounge offers a smart TV and games for your entertainment. There is also a double bedroom on ground floor level. Upstairs you will find a comfortable twin bedroom opposite the family bathroom. Along the corridor is the master bedroom along with a dressing area and en-suite. For larger parties you might be interested in booking our smaller air BnB cottage aswell, this is located right next door called ‘Becca Cottage’. This sleeps up to 2 and is accessible via a bolted gate between the 2 patio areas if needed! Albert cottage is a truly stunning property which also offers a comfortable and homely space for all. With its old beams and log burner, you will feel cosy and right at home from the moment you step in to the moment you leave. This unique cottage is like no other and combines both farm house charm alongside fresh modern amenities and decor. And your very own host has provided us with some stunning Venetian Plaster feature walls throughout both of the cottages which we feel creates an added layer of gorgeousness and character!
