The chalet is brand new, very well equipped (kitchen, dishes, microwave, electric coffee maker, dishwasher, TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner) and functional. A reading of the electricity and water meters will be made on arrival and departure. Any excess EDF (above 70Kw) water (above 3m3) will be payable upon departure. End of stay cleaning (optional): 50 € This chalet is located in Morbihan Sud at the Barrage d'Arzal. Free parking on site. Pets not allowed and no smoking inside.
