Gorgeous stone cottage nestled in the Surrey Hills

Beautiful, peaceful retreat, literally surrounded by nature. Step outside the secure gates directly onto Pitch Hill, famed for its mountain bike and walking tracks. This stone cottage really is a retreat! In summer there is a lovely outside decked area with an undercover eating area looking out onto the gardens. In winter, snuggle up on the sofa's in front of the log burner. This is an upside down house to make the most of the wonderful forest, countryside views. The space Windmill House consists of 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor with a shower and separate WC. Upstairs is an open plan living room/dining room/kitchen. Double sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and does have an AGA, however when the weather is warm, the Aga is switched off otherwise the house gets too hot! There is an air fryer, microwave and toaster. Outside is a decked area with seating and an umbrella. There is a dining area which is covered by a glass roof with a shade. The decking leads down onto a large garden which is dog proof! Please do pick up! Please note that is is a shared driveway and parking as there is a separate 1 bedroom annex above the garage which is also available on Airbnb. It is not immediately near the house and is totally separate. Guest access Guests of Windmill House will have sole access to the gardens and decked area. Other things to note Above the garage (away from the house) is a separate 1 bedroom guest suite, also available to rent in conjunction with Windmill House. There is plenty of parking for 4/5 cars and nearby is a woodland car park if more was required!
