Larsastova, charming house in Kinsarvik city center

An older and special home in the middle of Kinsarvik city center, close to the ferry dock, marina and bathing lagoon, bus stop, shops, café, hotel, Mikkelparken and outdoor go-kart track. Great starting point for hiking in beautiful Husedalen, Eidfjord, Hardangervidda, Trolltunga or Dronningstien, or cozy family days in Mikkelparken. Although the house is located in the middle of the city center, it is peaceful and good both inside and outside in the garden. The space Larsastova originally consists of two old log cabins, which are richly decorated by the previous owner. In the house there are 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a kitchen and a small bathroom. The bedroom on the lower floor has a double bed (160 cm) and a bunk bed (2 x 90 cm). The bedroom on the main floor has a family bunk bed (75 and 120 cm bed) and a 120 cm bed. Also available is a travel bed for children and an Ikea high chair. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and all other necessary equipment. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house plus garden. You can park a car on the property or in marked spaces just outside the property. Free parking. Charging station for electric cars is 300 meters away, at Mikkelparken holiday yard. Other things to note Since several of the rooms have wall-to-wall carpeting on the floor, animals are not allowed. It is not allowed to set up tents or park a motorhome/caravan in the garden.
