Larsastova, charming house in Kinsarvik city center

An older and special residence in the middle of Kinsarvik city center, near the ferry dock, boat harbor and badelagune, bus stop, shops, cafe, hotel, Mikkelparken and outdoor go-kart track. Great starting point for hiking up in beautiful Husedalen, Eidfjord, Hardangervidda, Trolltunga or Dronningstien, or cozy family days in Mikkelparken. Although the house is located in the middle in the city center, it is peaceful and well both inside and outside in the garden. The space Larsastova originally consists of two old log rooms , which are richly decorated by the previous owner. In the house there are 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a kitchen and a small bathroom. The bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed (160 cm) and a bunk bed (2 x 90 cm). The bedroom on the main floor has a family bunk (75 and 120cm bed) and a 120cm bed. Also has a travel crib available for children and ikea high chair. The kitchen is equipped with stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and otherwise all necessary equipment. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house plus garden. You can park a car on the property or in marked spaces just outside the property. Free parking. Charging station for electric cars is 300 meters away, at Mikkelparken ferietun. Other things to note As several of the rooms are wall-to-wall carpet on the floor, animals are not allowed. Listing a tent or parking RV/RV in the garden is not allowed.
